In this article, I will introduce a restaurant popular among locals, a delicious yakiniku restaurant, and a location where you can enjoy a relaxed meal in a delicious atmosphere surrounded by nature.
Yoshino Rest House
“Yoshino Rest House” is located near Lake Tsuburo, which is famous for its bass fishing.
The restaurant is located on the grounds of the Yoshino Sports Park and is popular among locals and those participating in sporting events.
The inside of the restaurant is wide and roomy with large windows that let the light in and includes tatami-mat seating where you can stretch your legs and relax!

Crispy and thick textured sweet and sour pork with a sweet, vinegar starchy sauce that is exquisite!
You won’t be able to stop eating the rice!
The good news is that rice comes with “free extra helpings,” so this menu is also recommended for men who want to eat a lot.

Cafe and meal Sato
A large sign board marks the location of “Cafe and Meal Sato,” which possesses a special retro atmosphere.
Located along National Road 169, it is a popular restaurant that is always packed with tourists and locals and features hearty dishes. ♪
↑You can enjoy a view of the Yoshino River and the mountains from the window seats.
The menu is surprisingly varied; Japanese, Western, Korean and local gourmet options! All of them are filling and delicious.

The barbecue restaurant, “Yakiniku Ashibi,” is located in a quiet mountain area of Yoshino.
This restaurant has been loved by locals for about 40 years as a place to enjoy exquisite yakiniku barbecue.
